De Ligt follows in footsteps of Vanenburg and Seedorf

Yesterday against Olympique Lyon Matthijs de Ligt played his twentieth official match for Ajax 1, while he is not even 18 years old yet.
In Ajax' rch history there were two players that reached the milestone of 20 official matches for Ajax 1 before their twentieth birthday: Gerald Vanenburg and Clarence Seedorf.
For now we can only hope we can still enjoy Matthijs de Ligt for a long time and that when he leaves Ajax, the total official games is closer to the 209 matches of Vanenburg than to the 90 of Seedorf.
