Ajax will play at home against Go Ahead Eagles on Saturday at 20:45.

Ajax and Go Ahead Eagles until now already played 76 official matches against each other. Ajax won 59 of these confrontations, drew 6 times and lost 11 times.

Ajax won last season at home with 6-0, while later in the season Ajax won away with 0-1.

Go Ahead only played a few seasons in the Eredivisie since 1986-87, and in those seasons Ajax was able to beat them quite easily. Before however Go Ahead was a force to be reckoned with and the history between Ajax and Go Ahead goes back to the early days of Dutch soccer.
